## Summary

Technical Project Manager for platform and infrastructure delivery, with more than seven years at AccelByte, multi-role across delivery, release, launch and product operations. I run the delivery system end to end: customer requests prioritised and broken into engineer-owned estimates, sequencing and dependency management across more than five service teams, a required change gate on every production change, and launch-readiness review. In the past year that meant readiness for 8+ live-service launches, indie through AAA-scale contexts, at one major release a month plus near-daily hotfixes. I ran incident command through launch windows, built the Grafana dashboards and post-launch reporting used for release decisions, and since July 2026 have designed and validated six AI systems in production — cost ceilings, deterministic validation, and approval boundaries, which is the same discipline applied to a different kind of release.
## Scope at a glance

- Customer scope, growing: 3 enterprise accounts across 5 teams, then 7 accounts with account managers, release TPM, LiveOps and solution architects, then ~25 accounts and every internal service team.
- Release cadence: one major service release a month plus near-daily hotfixes and updates, with one or two customer game launches a month landing on their own release dates.
- Launch record: 8+ live-service launches in the past year, indie through AAA-scale contexts — capacity planning, release gating, go-live, and post-launch review.

## Experience

### AccelByte — Senior Technical Project Manager (Release & Launch)
January 2025 – July 2026 · Indonesia

- Led end-to-end delivery for a AAA-scale live-service title across its backend: identity, account linking, storefront, entitlements, commerce.
- Held the widest delivery scope at AccelByte: ~25 customer accounts and every internal service team.
- Coordinated six owner teams — product, architecture, SDK, commerce — with no direct authority over any of them.
- Owned production release and launch readiness for a multi-tenant backend platform: 8+ launches in one year, one major release a month plus near-daily hotfixes — capacity planning, change gating, SLA-bound go-live decisions, and incident command.
- Turned customer requests into prioritised, engineer-owned estimates, tracking committed work across more than five service teams. Customer blockers became proposed workarounds and feature improvements — options pitched with trade-offs, then the accepted one taken through prioritisation and delivery.
- Built the required change gate every production change passed: impact, downtime, QA status, named approver, one thread of record.
- Authored the launch-readiness checklist and release train used across every launch.
- Ran the war room as incident commander through launch-window incidents to resolution and RCA.
- Built the Grafana launch-health dashboards and post-launch reporting leadership used for release decisions.
- Mentored developing program and project managers — reviewing plans, scoping and stakeholder communication, and giving direct, actionable feedback on work in progress.
- Used AI assistance to accelerate reporting, dashboard preparation, and structured incident/change logs, with manual validation before use.

### AccelByte — Senior Technical Project Manager (Technical Production)
February 2023 – January 2025 · Yogyakarta, Indonesia

- Owned delivery for 7 external studio and publisher accounts at once, indie through AAA scale.
- Coordinated account managers, release TPM, LiveOps and solution architects alongside the engineering teams. Briefed across design, QA, SDK and solution-architecture disciplines, keeping one aligned delivery picture.
- Ran each on its own cadence and risk profile, translating product goals into cross-team plans and explicit trade-offs.
- Ran go-live readiness across engineering and clients, coordinating a global launch from pre-launch through post-launch patches.
- Held each team's objectives and timeline through engineering leads, stepping in only where delivery risk required it.

### AccelByte — Technical Project Manager
August 2020 – January 2023 · Greater Yogyakarta, Indonesia

- Delivered for 3 enterprise customers across 5 teams: SDK, front-end, back-end, design and QA.
- Led planning, backlog refinement, milestone tracking and delivery risk across independently-owned microservice teams.
- Translated complex product and customer needs into clear priorities then executable work. Promoted to Senior Technical Project Manager in 2022.

## Independent builds — platform, AI operations and growth (2026 – present)

Self-directed work, not employment · six systems designed and validated, four live at real traffic. After leaving AccelByte in July 2026 I extended my platform experience hands-on: running live infrastructure across providers, integrating Meta, Google and marketplace advertising and search analytics, and working with LLMs and AI operating models in production. Anonymized: no product, client, or company names; AI-assisted implementation directed, designed and validated by me.

- Six systems designed and validated, four live at real traffic. Each needed what a release needs: a hard spend ceiling on model routing, a deterministic validation layer between the model and anything it changes, an approval boundary on irreversible actions, and a defined refusal path.
- What they are: a live AI assistant that helps small merchants turn their own connected data into decisions; a live commerce storefront; a self-hosted commerce platform; a payment aggregator on a licensed payment provider; a catalog site with search analytics; and an internal company OS (accounting, budgets, approvals, model routing under a spend ceiling).
- Infrastructure, observability and integrations end to end: live systems across providers, error tracking, alerting and automated live-ops reporting, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Search Console/GA4 for SEO, and marketplace advertising wired into live commerce.
- LLMs and AI operating models under validation, cost and approval boundaries — and, outside software, 3D design and CNC machining from model to toolpaths to G-code, testing where AI genuinely helps.
